Sealcoating Process

In my sealcoating process, the first step involves thoroughly preparing the surface by blowing, sweeping, and filling cracks. Cleaning the driveway is crucial to make sure the sealer adheres properly.  By filling the cracks it prevents water from freezing and expanding those cracks. Next, I tape off areas where sealer is not wanted, like the edges near sidewalks and garage floors, to prevent any unwanted splashes or spills. Once the surface is clean and prepped, I apply the sealer evenly using a large squeegee, working in the sealer, giving a smooth finish. My attention to detail in both preparation and application guarantees a professional finish.
